For perishable products, such as henna paste, if you do not sign for your order on the FIRST delivery attempt, our guarantee is void. If there is a problem with your perishable order, you must let us know immediately upon receipt.
Please remember: Henna Paste must be frozen until ready to use. Henna Powder should be kept in a cool, airtight location, and has a shelf life of about 6 months, so please order just what you need to avoid stale henna. If there is a problem with your Henna Powder, please let us know immediately upon receipt. We *only* offer replacement/refund when you notify us of a problem right away.
